Operation:

1. Fill element head with sugar. Always use a plastic scoop -

2. Turn the motor switch on.

3. Turn the heat control knob to OFF position (anti-clockwise) then turn the element switch ON.

Rotate the heat control slowly until the meter reads between 22-25 on the dial. It will take about three minutes for the floss to start to flow.

4. Adjust the heat control knob to give you the best floss. Too hot causes it to smoke and the floss will be heavy. Aim for a light fine textured floss.

5. More sugar can be added while the machine is running.

6. When a ring of floss has collected around the inside of the bowl, remove it with a stick. Start at the

back of the bowl and roll the floss onto the stick.

7. To temporarily stop the flow of floss, turn the floss control down until the meter reads below the green line. Your machine is now ready for a quick start.

If you wish to turn the machine off during flossing, first turn the heat control off then the element switch. This allows the head to cool and prevents the sugar still in the head from burning.

Do Not use in a damp or wet situation.

Unplug the machine when not in use, before disassembly or cleaning.

Always supervise children working near or using the machine.

Remember the spinning head may be hot after use.

Do not use close to a gas flame or heated element.

Never have fluids in the spinning head at any time. Use only sugar provided.
