I found the other companies service levels ranging from adequate to downright hostile and rude. My request was simple, it was my daughter's 4th birthday ... we have very limited room in our backyard. Your company was the only company who took the time to listen and help find a solution. I would also like to pass on my gratitude to the young gentleman who set up the castle. Thank you so much for the great service I received when booking the princess mini bouncing castle for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The delivery was on time (before time even!) and the set up was done very quickly. I was really impressed and I’m so pleased I didn’t spend ages shopping around different companies.
